Will my project go over budget?
You get a detailed quotation with defined scope and material specifications before work starts. If anything adds cost, we tell you and get your approval before we proceed. No hidden costs.
How do I know the materials and finish will be right?
We walk you through material options, share samples where applicable, and run quality checks on site throughout execution.
Will it be finished on time?
Every project runs to a schedule with coordinated procurement and contractors. You get regular progress updates, and if anything unavoidable comes up, you hear about it straight away.
Will the final space look like the approved design?
Drawings, material selections and execution details are locked before work begins. Any change needed on site comes back to you for approval.
Do I have to supervise the site or manage vendors?
No. One dedicated team handles site coordination, procurement, contractor communication and progress reporting.
